📋 Description

• Developing, enhancing, and managing intricate models in Google Sheets and Excel.

• Collecting business inputs to create forecasts and budgets.

• Evaluating assumptions and outputs, offering insights on anticipated business trends and performance to partners and the General Manager of credit products.

• Crafting concise and clear materials for business partners and executive audiences.

• Creating, building, and automating actionable management reports.

• Overseeing variance analysis and producing materials that provide insights.

• Collaborating with analytics and other finance teams for key performance monitoring and analysis.

• Conducting analyses and supporting business priorities, including new product development, pricing strategies, revenue strategies, and expense efficiency initiatives.

• Spotting opportunities to streamline and automate processes within finance and accounting as the organization grows.

• Working together to direct significant initiatives such as process enhancement, standardization, system improvements, and data governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-8 years of pertinent experience in strategic finance, corporate finance, FP&A, banking, or related domains.

• Experience in financial services, especially with consumer credit products, is advantageous.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or another relevant discipline.

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, with a solid analytical mindset and understanding of data analysis.

• Ability to communicate data effectively in written, verbal, and visual forms.

• Problem-solving abilities and business acumen to ask insightful questions, design meaningful analyses, and convert results into actionable insights.

• A proactive, ownership-driven attitude. We have a tendency to take initiative.

• Proficiency in English.
