Finance and Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Establish customer accounts within the ERP system.

• Create customer projects in ERP and assist with billing and accounting tasks.

• Maintain all necessary data migration templates to convert customer contracts into project structures and budgets in ERP.

• Resolve ERP process and data issues in collaboration with Financial Analysts.

• Validate Project Finance reporting as assigned.

• Verify enhancements to the ERP system.

• Lead data import processes as needed.

• Manage corrections related to Cost Schedule assignments.

• Showcase expertise in systems management to enhance processes and ensure accuracy in project-related activities.

• Provide support for customer projects with an emphasis on project finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent local education in finance, business, or a related field.

• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance or a related field.

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for North America or an equivalent local qualification (preferred).

• Experience in the CRO industry, particularly in Project Finance (preferred).

• Familiarity with QuickBooks (preferred).
