This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with GTM leadership to convert business strategies into financial plans, investment choices, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee annual planning, forecasting, long-term planning, and driver-based financial models across GTM.
• Provide actionable financial insights, scenario analysis, and executive recommendations that guide strategic decisions.
• Innovate Finance through AI, automation, and scalable planning processes that enhance speed, quality, and forecasting accuracy.
• Work with Data & Analytics to enhance financial metrics, improve data quality, dashboards, and enable self-service reporting.
• Lead strategic investment analysis, resource distribution, and performance management throughout the organization.
• Assist in complex commercial decisions and strategic initiatives through financial modeling and cross-functional collaboration.
• Continuously refine finance processes, reporting, and operational leverage using technology and automation.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, FP&A, or Corporate Finance within high-growth SaaS or technology firms.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with executive leadership to impact strategic business decisions.
• Expertise in financial modeling, planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Experience in developing scalable finance processes and enhancing operational efficiency through automation.
• Enthusiasm for utilizing AI, automation, and modern technologies to revolutionize Finance.
• Strong grasp of SaaS business models and essential metrics, including ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, and LTV.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and business judgment capabilities, with the ability to simplify intricate decisions.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills, capable of influencing at all organizational levels.
• Experience collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Operations, and Data teams in a dynamic environment.
