This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with the financial, operational, administrative, and systems coordination requirements of AHC.
• Ensure seamless business operations encompassing invoicing, bookkeeping coordination, onboarding, Salesforce assistance, and daily activities.
• Aid in preserving structured workflows, documentation, systems, and operational processes throughout the organization.
• Provide both regular and on-demand reporting support to leadership.
• Manage the logistics for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Monitor revenue activities, expenses, accruals, commissions, and other financial data.
• Maintain structured workflows, documentation, systems, and operational processes across the organization.
• Act as the main Salesforce operational support resource for AHC.
• Ensure that employees and contractors are appropriately set up with necessary systems, tools, and access.
• Handle HR administrative responsibilities in collaboration with HR partners.
• Assist with the daily operational and administrative requirements across AHC.
• Oversee invoicing, bookkeeping coordination, revenue tracking, and reporting support.
• Provide assistance with expense reporting, scheduling, and additional administrative support for leadership as needed.
• Support bookkeeping, financial tracking, and operational reporting initiatives at AHC.
• Coordinate month-end accrual reporting with the accounting team.
• Submit vendor invoices and manage vendor setup and compliance activities.
• Facilitate unique bonus administration and year-end compensation processes.
