This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the GTM analytics infrastructure by developing and sustaining the data models and reporting frameworks that facilitate revenue forecasting, customer acquisition tracking, and various GTM analytics projects.
• Lead the stewardship of KPIs throughout the entire customer lifecycle by creating and maintaining uniform metric definitions and data structures for ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback period, conversion rates, and other essential SaaS metrics, ensuring consistency between operational definitions and their application in financial models and projections.
• Design, implement, and assess GTM experiments by structuring A/B tests, establishing the analytical frameworks to evaluate them, and measuring the financial outcomes of various strategies.
• Develop and sustain dashboards and reporting tools that provide timely and reliable visibility into GTM and revenue performance for Finance, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership.
• Write and optimize intricate SQL queries to extract and transform large datasets from primary systems (billing, CRM, product, data warehouse) into clean outputs ready for analysis.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Accounting, Revenue Operations, BI, and Data Engineering to ensure alignment on data sources, metric definitions, and reporting standards.
• Propel the creation of scalable, automated analytics processes that enhance accuracy, efficiency, and speed-to-insight within Finance.
• Establish and maintain data governance and quality standards within the Finance domain, ensuring a singular source of truth for critical metrics utilized across the organization.
• Advocate for a data-driven culture within Finance, enhancing analytical rigor and consistency as the company prepares for public readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in total, or 6+ years in a relevant capacity in FP&A, Data Analytics, or a hybrid role within a rapidly growing SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL is mandatory; experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) is highly desirable.
• Practical experience in designing and evaluating experiments, including structuring A/B tests, defining success metrics, and assessing the financial implications of outcomes.
• Strong comprehension of financial data structures, SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, conversion/retention, retention, and cohort analyses), and concepts associated with revenue, billing, and expense modeling.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and FP&A platforms (e.g., Abacum, Pigment).
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities; adept at structuring and conveying complex financial data in a clear and persuasive manner.
