Finance Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Gather and evaluate financial data related to the company's health plan.

• Create comprehensive revenue and expense analyses, forecasts, reports, and presentations.

• Generate and assess monthly, quarterly, and annual reports while ensuring the accuracy of financial records.

• Detect trends and developments within competitive landscapes and report findings to senior management.

• Conduct financial forecasting and reconcile internal accounts.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Adhere to all policies and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial or data analysis.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions, including Pivot tables, Power BI, V & H-Lookup, and Excel queries.

• Experience in inpatient admission pricing and estimation is preferred.

• Background in Healthcare, MA, and/or analysis of cost trends is preferred.
