This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead initiatives to develop intelligent insights and automated analysis workflows that enhance efficiency and decision-making capabilities.

• Identify significant Finance Operations use cases and convert them into scalable analytical and decision-support solutions.

• Collaborate with Finance Operations, Data, and other cross-functional teams to create, scale, and automate financial data products and dashboards.

• Direct the design of scalable datasets, analytical models, and dashboards that facilitate forecasting, performance tracking, and risk management.

• Construct robust datasets and execute complex SQL queries across various systems to ensure data accuracy, usability, and scalability.

• Conduct intricate analyses (e.g., revenue, cash flow, bad debt) to reveal performance drivers and transform insights into quantifiable outcomes.

• Convey insights to senior leadership and generate executive-level materials featuring clear, data-driven narratives.

• Influence cross-functional teams (Finance, Finance Operations, Sales, Data Engineering) by providing structure to ambiguity and fostering alignment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Math, or a related discipline).

• Over 2 years of experience leading large-scale analytics initiatives or programs; experience in SaaS and finance operations (order to cash) is preferred.

• Proven track record in developing analytical or decision-support solutions (e.g., intelligent insights agents, automated analysis workflows).

• Strong SQL skills, with the capability to design robust datasets and execute complex queries across multiple systems.

• Deep analytical expertise and business insight, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, identify opportunities, and deliver clear, data-driven narratives.

• Experience in applying advanced analytics techniques, including forecasting (e.g., revenue, cash flow, bad debt), segmentation, and regression analysis to pinpoint performance drivers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, encompassing the presentation of insights to senior leadership and the creation of executive-level materials.

• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams using data (Finance, Finance Operations, Sales, Data Engineering).

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Sigma) and advanced Excel capabilities.

• A history of effectively operating in ambiguous environments, driving clarity, and achieving measurable business outcomes.
