Finance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain Power BI dashboards to represent financial and operational data effectively.

• Conduct advanced Excel modeling and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Collect, transform, and analyze data from various sources.

• Design and uphold data models to guarantee the precision and consistency of reports.

• Develop and enhance SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation, and validation.

• Assist in the automation of reporting processes and operational analytics.

• Ensure precision and consistency in financial and operational reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and verify data.

• Offer insights and suggestions derived from financial and operational analyses.

• Uphold data integrity across reporting systems and databases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in developing Power BI dashboards.

• Strong command of Microsoft Excel, encompassing pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling.

• Proficient SQL skills and experience with relational databases are advantageous.

• Experience in database management and data analysis.

• Programming skills (Python, SQL, VBA, R, or similar analytical/programming languages) are beneficial.

• Capability to perform mathematical and quantitative analysis with a keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously and handle multiple responsibilities.
