This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist the organization with various finance and accounting tasks, which encompass payment processing, reconciliations, financial reporting, accounts management, and the upkeep of financial records.
• Evaluate and verify financial reports, including the development and maintenance of pivot tables.
• Facilitate seller payment operations and engage in payment approval processes.
• Oversee disputes and aid in resolving payment-related issues.
• Manage transactions, transfers, and reconciliations related to bank accounts and payment providers.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial systems and records.
• Assist in the formulation of financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct account reconciliations and perform variance analyses.
• Generate and distribute invoices to clients.
• Record invoices and financial transactions in the finance ledger.
• Track outstanding invoices and pursue overdue payments.
• Process supplier invoices and assist in payment processing tasks.
• Prepare and post journals as necessary.
• A qualification in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or a related field, or relevant experience in a finance position.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision when managing financial data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, particularly with pivot tables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines autonomously.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive financial information with care.
