This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Generate and follow up on invoices related to cases.
β’ Perform manual calculations.
β’ Carry out administrative tasks accurately and efficiently in line with the daily agenda, including managing emails and phone inquiries.
β’ Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring each client is satisfied with the assistance they receive.
β’ Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
β’ Establish and maintain precise and consistent records.
β’ Experience in finance administration.
β’ Strong numerical and data entry abilities.
β’ Excellent written communication skills, comfortable with following up and collecting outstanding payments via email.
β’ High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to quality management β aiming to 'get it right the first time.'
β’ Effective communication skills and proficiency in handling inbound calls.
β’ Background in credit control.
