Finance & Accounting Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop multi-step tasks based on authentic finance and accounting practices, encompassing FP&A analysis, financial reporting, audit procedures, and reconciliations.

• Generate realistic reference materials and provide clear instructions.

• Establish objective grading criteria to ensure that qualified reviewers deliver consistent evaluations.

• Construct tasks that necessitate judgment and precise interpretation of source documents.

• Create or obtain supplementary materials, including spreadsheets, GL extracts, financial statements, and policy documents.

• Identify tasks that are ambiguous or ungradable.

• Ensure timely delivery of approved tasks that meet the required quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of direct involvement in FP&A, financial reporting, auditing, reconciliations, or accounting.

• Must possess direct ownership of the work rather than just supervisory or adjacent experience.

• Proven experience in creating or utilizing structured review standards, such as audit programs, review checklists, close checklists, grading rubrics, or training assessments.

• Proficient in Excel.

• Ability to analyze multiple documents simultaneously.

• CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Excellent written English skills.
