Finance Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the financial management for multiple companies within the OneQrew Group independently.

• Oversee daily accounting tasks for various companies.

• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger activities.

• Supervise payment processes and dunning procedures.

• Assist in the preparation and contribution to monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with HGB.

• Prepare and file monthly reports, specifically VAT advance returns and EC Sales Lists (ZM).

• Reconcile accounts, focusing on intercompany accounts and fixed assets.

• Serve as a liaison for tax advisors and auditors.

• Play a role in enhancing and automating accounting processes.

• Aid in establishing efficient finance standards across the group.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training, preferably as a tax clerk (m/f/d), or further education in finance and accounting.

• Several years of professional experience in accounting, with at least five years being ideal.

• Strong practical expertise in preparing monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and tax regulations.

• Experience in managing multiple companies or handling more complex accounting structures is advantageous.

• Proficient in DATEV software.

• Excellent skills in Excel.

• An independent, structured, and process-oriented work approach.

• High levels of accuracy, reliability, and initiative.

• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively in a remote environment.

• Very good proficiency in the German language.

• English language skills are a plus.
