πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Offers patient relations support to Patient Financial Services

β€’ Identifies, analyzes, addresses, and responds to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues

β€’ Follows up on accounts to ensure payment and resolution

β€’ Works autonomously and possesses strong customer service skills

β€’ Quickly deescalates issues to achieve maximum customer satisfaction

β€’ Understands, interprets, and explains payor contracts and CSMC billing and collections policies and practices


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma/GED is required. An Associate degree in business administration or a related field, or college-level courses in finance, business, or health insurance is preferred.

β€’ At least 1 year of experience in hospital billing or professional billing and/or collections, along with customer service and call center experience, is required.
