This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact, delivering efficient and high-quality support to members.

• Manage incoming calls, articulately explaining healthcare benefits, services, and provider options.

• Assess member needs, conduct information research, and identify suitable next steps or referrals.

• Initiate outbound calls as necessary to finalize research or provide updates.

• Gather and update member demographic information in the system.

• Adhere to company protocols and healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and COBRA standards.

• Direct inquiries to the appropriate internal or external contacts when required.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare, insurance, benefits, or call center setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems and tools.

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clarify complex information, build rapport swiftly, and uphold professionalism in every interaction.

• Comfortable with Systems: Capable of handling multiple member requests while ensuring detail and accuracy.

• Self-motivated and effective in a remote working environment.

• Adaptability & Willingness to Learn: Open to training and acquiring knowledge in healthcare plans, systems, and regulations.

• Customer-Oriented Problem Solver: Passionate about assisting individuals in finding answers and navigating challenging situations.
