This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate virtual onboarding sessions and product training for new clients.
• Act as the main contact for support inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical assistance.
• Collaborate closely with Account Management to ensure clients achieve a fully “healthy” status post-onboarding.
• Record and monitor customer interactions in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Experience with support ticketing systems such as Zendesk & Dialpad is an advantage.
• Recognize and escalate recurring product or workflow challenges to the Product and Engineering departments.
• Assist with training events and conferences on-site as necessary (50-75% travel required).
• Aid in the development of internal documentation, training resources, and support procedures to enhance team productivity.
• 2–3 years of experience in onboarding, training, or customer support roles.
• Background in the eyecare sector (optometry or ophthalmology) is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities—capable of leading virtual training sessions and client calls.
• Tech-savvy and well-organized; proficient in managing multiple onboarding projects at once.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% for client meetings and conferences.
• Must reside in or be prepared to consistently work CST or PST hours.
