This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Provide outstanding service by addressing inquiries from partners, customers, and Representatives swiftly, professionally, and accurately.
β’ Act as the main point of contact between Account Managers, partners, customers, and internal teams to guarantee effective communication and prompt issue resolution.
β’ Evaluate, process, and resolve Representative issues submitted via the Reprise platform in line with Company policies and service standards.
β’ Receive, assess, and process disposal requests, ensuring that all necessary information is complete and documented accurately.
β’ Submit authorized disposal requests for payment following Company procedures and set timelines.
β’ Keep precise records of customer interactions, disposal requests, issue resolutions, and associated documentation to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
β’ Exceptional communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
β’ Strong aptitude for problem-solving.
β’ Capability to manage various communication channels effectively.
β’ Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to service.
