This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop, enhance, and implement thin film deposition methods for EUV-enabled DRAM technology.
• Lead the characterization of processes, troubleshoot issues, and reduce defects through VME.
• Propel thin film roadmap initiatives in line with upcoming technology nodes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to advance equipment, chemistries, and process solutions.
• Analyze extensive physical and electrical datasets, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
• PhD or MS with over 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, focusing on materials or process development.
• Solid grounding in materials science, chemical reaction engineering, and thin film physics.
• Practical experience with patterning films, including photoresist, hard masks, and spacers.
• Familiarity with ALD, CVD, PECVD, PE-ALD, and/or LPCVD processes.
• Understanding of SPC and process maturity for technologies suitable for manufacturing.
