Field Warranty Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee field warranty operations, ensuring effective training and robust operational execution.

• Track field warranty performance metrics to identify significant issues, trends, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Collaborate with service teams, dealers, and distributors to ensure accurate warranty practices and adherence to policies.

• Lead efforts in root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives related to field warranty claims.

• Provide insights to engineering and product management regarding recurring field issues to aid product improvement efforts.

• Create and deliver training and communication to field teams regarding warranty processes, policies, and technical updates.

• Assess service provider performance concerning warranty repairs and recommend enhancements.

• Assist in the development and execution of programs aimed at reducing warranty costs.

• Compile and present reports on warranty trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement to leadership.

• Help resolve escalated warranty issues and customer concerns in partnership with cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or related field experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in field service operations, technical product support, warranty management, or similar areas.

• Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and initiate corrective actions.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with HVAC, mechanical systems, or related industries is preferred.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools and warranty management systems is preferred.
