Field Verification Apprentice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge of Regenified’s verification standards, field methodologies, and soil health indicators through practical fieldwork, observation, and continuous coaching.

• Assist with on-site verification visits by traveling to farms and field sites primarily throughout North America (with some international travel required).

• Keep detailed, organized, and verifiable field notes, photographs, and supporting documentation to aid in reporting and quality assurance processes.

• Prepare necessary materials, confirm schedules, and assist with evidence checklists to ensure efficient, thorough, and professional field visits.

• Collaborate with Verifiers, Lead Verifiers, and producers to gather any missing documentation and clarify evidence requirements.

• Consistently follow workflows and standard operating procedures while identifying issues and contributing suggestions for improvement based on field insights.

• Foster a positive and professional experience for producers by communicating clearly, respectfully, and accurately in the field.

• A strong enthusiasm for regenerative agriculture and a willingness to learn alongside farmers, ranchers, and verification experts.

• Previous experience in agriculture, conservation, soil health, verification support, or hands-on fieldwork.

• Inquisitive, open to coaching, and driven to enhance technical and professional skills through practical experience.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable adhering to established processes and checklists.

• Capable of observing, documenting, and accurately communicating field conditions while identifying potential concerns or discrepancies.

• Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-focused environment, receiving feedback, and representing Regenified professionally in the field.
