Field Training Specialist – Law Enforcement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide training sessions (both online/remote and in-person, targeted at end-users and instructors)

• Create training materials (including instructional design and curriculum development)

• Assist with pre-sales initiatives (such as demonstrations and customer orientation for trials and evaluations)

• Engage with law enforcement clients regarding applications, use cases, and operational requirements

• Develop operational plans and compile field reports for training assignments

• Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Field Forensics teams to gather customer feedback and assess product performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience utilizing hand-held detection and analysis technologies within a field relevant to law enforcement, military operations, or public health

• Demonstrated success in delivering technical training and development to both non-technical and operational staff

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to conduct training remotely and online when not traveling, while effectively engaging customers and the broader Customer Experience and Field Forensics teams through web-conferencing tools

• Preferred experience in managing and executing a training program for an organization

• Strong preference for candidates with prior experience working with or supporting law enforcement agencies (e.g., DEA, CBP, ATF, FBI, HSI)

• Competence in performing basic device maintenance and troubleshooting to repair units in the field

• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 60%, to support the responsibilities outlined
