Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Deliver on-site services efficiently while adhering to cost and time targets.

• Ensure TOMRA Food sorting machines operate at peak performance to surpass customer expectations.

• Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems, executing necessary repairs.

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to enhance customer support processes.

• Perform installations and adjustments on TOMRA Food equipment as needed.

• Offer thorough training to customers on the operation and upkeep of our systems.

• Keep precise and detailed field reports to assist in administrative follow-up procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A technical diploma (BAC+2) in electronics, electrotechnics, automation, industrial maintenance, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in French and the ability to comprehend spoken and written English (minimum B2) are crucial for this position.

• Knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in both preventive and corrective on-site maintenance.

• Readiness to travel up to 80% of the time, primarily within France, with occasional international trips, and adaptability in working hours.

• Strong understanding of IT, networking, and computer configurations.

• A valid driver's license is required.

• Capability to foster and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
