Field Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and system components according to manufacturer specifications.

• Replace faulty parts and execute hardware installations and upgrades.

• Gather and relay technical information to support teams for escalations and project planning purposes.

• Adhere to established service protocols, documentation standards, and daily administrative tasks.

• Provide exceptional on-site support while fostering positive relationships with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, field service roles, or hardware repairs.

• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar OEM certifications.

• Experience in customer-facing technical positions.

• Strong understanding of computer systems and operating systems, networking hardware and cabling standards, servers, data center equipment, and power supplies.

• Capability to confidently diagnose, repair, test, and replace hardware components.

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

• Access to a dependable personal vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed).
