This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Offer technical assistance to address network performance challenges and aid in the resolution of outages.
• Oversee smaller projects or segments of projects, providing precise status and progress updates as needed.
• Identify and suggest enhancements related to maintenance and repair activities to senior personnel and management.
• Collaborate with senior technicians to develop job aids, scopes of work, and procedural documentation.
• Complete necessary training to keep up-to-date with systems, products, and organizational standards.
• Engage in continuous learning to fulfill training requirements and remain knowledgeable about existing and new systems and products.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• 2–4 years of experience in field operations, maintenance, or similar technical roles.
• 2–4 years of experience in wireless telecommunications or a related industry.
• Knowledge of electronics is essential.
• Basic operational understanding of circuits, including RF transmitters, antenna systems, fiber optics, microwave radio, and AC-DC power systems.
• Experience with Nokia RAN equipment is required.
• Familiarity with Ceragon Microwave technology is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Problem-solving abilities are required.
• Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Office is necessary.
• Understanding of Internet Protocol and the integration of AI into logical components.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to achieving company goals and objectives.
• Basic leadership capabilities and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and priorities.
• Willingness to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Capability to lift 50-70 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
