This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Deliver outstanding customer service to partners while assisting users on-site at remote locations and via phone support.
β’ Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities are essential for resolving complex issues.
β’ Create and maintain precise site documentation for locations within your designated region.
β’ Excellent communication skills are required for collaborating with team members and providing technical support when needed.
β’ Utilize management tools, including but not limited to Windows Servers, Services, and Citrix management tools to troubleshoot issues and manage requests.
β’ High School Diploma or a College degree in Information Technology.
β’ Two to five years of experience supporting end-user devices, including PCs, tablet PCs, Thin Client devices, printers, and faxes in a Windows and Citrix environment.
β’ A+ Certification and MCDST are required.
