This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Forge alliances and collaborations with subcontractors.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS) metrics.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are executed safely and comply with industry standards.
• Complete client and company checklists, photographic documentation, and test results, typically submitted to management electronically within 24 hours of task completion.
• Regularly update Project Managers on job progress and any issues encountered.
• Provide after-hours or emergency services as required.
• Conduct surveys and quality audits as necessary.
• Follow existing company policies, standards, and controls, including utilizing App-based tools.
• The majority of work will take place at client locations.
• The installation of cabling infrastructure includes, but is not limited to:
• Single/Multi-mode fiber 50/62.5
• Copper Category 3, 5e, 6, shielded in both horizontal and backbone applications.
• 18/2 twisted pair cabling.
• Floor mount and wall mount racks/cabinets.
• Proper grounding applications.
• Installation, troubleshooting, and servicing in the following areas: POS, CCTV, video monitoring, security systems, computer and low voltage cabling equipment.
• Installation of various equipment in furniture, cabinets, and closets.
• Installation of high-speed circuits, routers, switches, and modems.
• Installation of Cisco and Adtran high-speed circuits, routers, and switches.
• Maintain a Company-issued fleet vehicle properly.
• Proficient experience working with subcontractors.
• Extensive experience in cabling infrastructure installation, termination, and testing, including but not limited to:
• Single/Multi-mode fiber 50/62.5
• Copper Category 3, 5e, 6, shielded in both horizontal and backbone applications.
• 18/2 twisted pair cabling.
• Floor mount and wall mount racks/cabinets.
• Proper grounding applications.
• Experience in installing, programming, and servicing various telephone, PBX, and key systems.
• Experience in installing, troubleshooting, and servicing at least two of the following areas: POS, CCTV, video monitoring, security systems, computer, and low voltage cabling equipment.
• Knowledge of high-speed circuits, routers, switches, and modems.
• Familiarity with Cisco and Adtran high-speed circuits, routers, and switches.
