Field Technical Director – Southern Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new customer opportunities by delivering sales and technical support, effectively communicating Cohesity technology to both business and technical audiences.

• Facilitate the smooth integration of Cohesity products into clients' production environments, ensuring optimal performance and addressing their unique requirements.

• Aid in addressing inquiries from customers and partners regarding information and proposals.

• Oversee the secondary storage technology strategy for our key customers and partners, positioning Cohesity as the leading solution provider in the industry.

• Convey Cohesity's vision by delivering compelling product demonstrations, workshops, white papers, and proposals.

• Execute proof of concepts to highlight the value and capabilities of Cohesity technology.

• Recognize and resolve technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with product management as a field representative, offering valuable insights and communicating customer needs for product enhancements and development.

• Provide project management and post-sales technical assistance as necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire engagement lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven success in a customer-facing pre-sales role, proposing enterprise solutions at all levels within a customer organization.

• Experience engaging with both clients and technology partners, building strong relationships and driving successful outcomes.

• Demonstrated expertise in selling and implementing Enterprise Hardware or Software, Cloud Platforms, IaaS, PaaS, or Virtual Infrastructure software.

• Comfortable interacting with multiple decision-makers to promote proposals and secure business opportunities.

• Outstanding presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying technical and business concepts to both small and large audiences.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, ensuring clear and concise interactions with all stakeholders.

• Self-driven and proactive, able to work remotely and independently to meet targets.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
