Field Technical Delivery Specialist – South

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on, on-site assistance by collaborating directly with installers.

• Work alongside the OE Homes Delivery team to enhance installation guides.

• Mentor installers on technical specifications and approved kit inventories.

• Identify effective installation methods and propose enhancements.

• Monitor installer inquiries and relay feedback to design and training departments.

• Assist in prioritizing properties that are ready for live operations.

• Serve as a liaison among housing associations, installers, and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in supporting or executing domestic solar PV and battery storage installations, along with necessary qualifications.

• Hands-on experience with battery commissioning, inverter configuration, export settings, and monitoring platforms.

• Relevant electrical qualifications or background, with up-to-date knowledge of BS 7671 / 18th Edition.

• Capability to interpret approved designs, schematics, Bills of Materials, and platform-specific installation instructions.

• Strong practical problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating site challenges into actionable feedback for design, training, data, and delivery teams.

• Willingness to travel frequently across the UK, including overnight stays as necessary.
