Field Technical Delivery Specialist – North

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• In this position, your responsibility will be to ensure that our installations are consistent, incredibly user-friendly for installers, and transition seamlessly from being 'ready to go' to fully operational.

• This is a practical, field-oriented role.

• You won’t be confined to a desk.

• Instead, you will spend substantial time on-site collaborating with housing associations, third-party installers, suppliers, and our internal teams.

• You will gain insight into real-world operations, assist teams in achieving success on the first attempt, and provide valuable site feedback to improve our guides, training, and future strategies.

• Your primary objective is to ensure everything runs efficiently.

• You will aid our installers by providing clarity on: The Blueprint: The approved Tenant Power design and kit specifications. The Process: The installation sequence and the requirements for sign-off. The Finish Line: What is necessary to initiate data flow and officially launch operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in supporting or executing domestic solar PV and battery storage installations along with relevant qualifications.

• Hands-on experience with battery commissioning, inverter configuration, export settings, and monitoring systems.

• Relevant electrical background or certification, with current knowledge or competence in BS 7671 / 18th Edition.

• Capability to interpret approved designs, schematics, Bills of Materials, and platform-specific installation instructions.

• Strong practical problem-solving abilities and the skill to translate site challenges into actionable feedback for design, training, data, and delivery teams.

• Readiness to travel frequently across the UK, including overnight stays as necessary.
