This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Serve as the primary support resource for Sprinters in the field through Slack, phone, and Zendesk.
• Address real-time operational challenges, ranging from technical difficulties to supply issues and complex addresses.
• Communicate effectively and with empathy, fostering trust and confidence among Sprinters.
• Appropriately escalate issues to Market Operations or Clinical Managers as necessary.
• Monitor and document challenges faced in the field to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement.
• Assist with various operational projects and process documentation as requested.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations support, customer service, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Excellent communication abilities (both written and verbal) paired with a compassionate, solution-oriented approach.
• Capability to remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Proficient with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Looker, and ticketing platforms like Zendesk.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including mornings or weekends, as business demands shift.
