Field Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assists in field sales initiatives.

• Delivers exceptional installation, onboarding, training, and integration support.

• Handles the installation of hardware and accessories, along with software connectivity.

• Provides comprehensive hands-on technical training for end-users and staff.

• Guides customers through the software installation process and the launch of newly-installed applications.

• Distributes technical documentation to clients and end-users.

• Offers suggestions to associates or customers.

• Actualizes the customer support vision by demonstrating a steadfast commitment.

• Organizes and executes all Reference Lab Onboarding and IHD installations.

• Plans and documents installations, ensuring a thorough understanding from clients.

• Provides continuous on-site support assistance to customers.

• Conducts troubleshooting for system performance issues.

• Collaborates throughout the sales cycle addressing interaction, technical, and workflow challenges.

• Records all customer-related activities with meticulous attention to detail.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, or a combination of education and relevant industry experience.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant technical experience with a proven track record.

• Background in veterinary medicine is preferred, along with prior customer service experience.

• Experience with IHD diagnostics, including collection, preparation, and testing.

• Preferred experience in in-house diagnostics utilization, installation, and training.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications is required.

• Understanding of basic computer networks and components is essential.

• Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with a customer service-focused attitude.

• Strong planning and organizational skills with keen attention to detail are necessary to manage a complex installation, training, and support schedule.
