• Instruct veterinarians on the optimal utilization of IDEXX Analyzers.
• Offer onsite technical assistance during essential customer visits.
• Formulate strategies to uphold customer accounts through education and tailored solutions.
• Coordinate the schedule for customer visits according to individual requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with an internal team.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a veterinary practice or relevant work experience, along with familiarity with IDEXX products.
• Proficient in establishing relationships with diverse personalities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with customers, management, and colleagues.
• Experience in computer networking is an advantage!
