This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
β’ Travel to client locations throughout Ohio to assist members in understanding their Sidecar Health plans.
β’ Serve as on-site support for client groups and members following their enrollment.
β’ Collaborate with our Account Management team to identify and cultivate relationships.
β’ Function in a traditional member care role by handling calls, web chats, and/or emails.
β’ Deliver exceptional customer service in a prompt and positive manner.
β’ Establish rapport and nurture positive relationships with current members.
β’ Dependable personal transportation and willingness to travel up to 30% within Ohio.
β’ Proven history of reliability, accountability, and effective communication skills.
β’ A proactive approach paired with robust problem-solving abilities.
β’ Capability to educate members about the best practices related to Sidecar Health.
β’ Ambition to advance within the organization.
β’ Strong empathy and relationship-building capabilities.
β’ Flexibility and availability for varied scheduling.
β’ Bilingual candidates are preferred.
β’ Experience in healthcare and/or insurance is preferred.
