• Travel to client locations throughout Ohio to assist members in understanding their Sidecar Health plans.
• Serve as on-site support for client groups and members following their enrollment.
• Collaborate with our Account Management team to identify and cultivate relationships.
• Function in a traditional member care role by handling calls, web chats, and/or emails.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a prompt and positive manner.
• Establish rapport and nurture positive relationships with current members.
• Dependable personal transportation and willingness to travel up to 30% within Ohio.
• Proven history of reliability, accountability, and effective communication skills.
• A proactive approach paired with robust problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to educate members about the best practices related to Sidecar Health.
• Ambition to advance within the organization.
• Strong empathy and relationship-building capabilities.
• Flexibility and availability for varied scheduling.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
• Experience in healthcare and/or insurance is preferred.
