
Field Support Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Deliver on-site operational support across various locations in the UK
• Travel extensively to restaurants and sites to assist teams and enhance performance
• Perform regular field visits, operational audits, and evaluations of performance
• Foster strong working relationships with partners, managers, and operational teams
• Aid in the execution of operational processes and best practices throughout the field
• Increase the adoption of Foodhub products and services within the existing client base
• Oversee the organization and distribution of tasks, ensuring high productivity while adding value
• Mentor and support field teams in meeting operational KPIs and service standards
• Recognize technical challenges, themes, and trends in the field and provide regular insights directly to the CEO
• Act as a key point of escalation for operational issues when necessary
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure operational excellence
• Maintain a consistently high level of satisfaction among customers and partners
• Demonstrated experience in field operations, area management, and leadership across multiple sites
• Technical expertise or background specifically related to electronic point of sale systems and/or online food ordering with associated hardware
• Experience in the hospitality, food service, retail, or technology-driven operations
• Strong cultural sensitivity and the ability to work within diverse teams
• Comfortable with a fully field-based role and extensive travel across the UK
• Excellent people management and relationship-building capabilities
• Highly organized with outstanding problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities
• Valid UK driving license
• Proficiency in Urdu, Punjabi, and/or Hindi is a plus
• 33 days of annual leave per year (including public holidays)
