Field Support Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers within the region.

• Act as a bridge between the customer base and various departments within the company.

• Take ownership, manage, and resolve engine-related “aircraft-on-ground” incidents.

• Assist with regional technical and commercial evaluations as well as senior management meetings involving customers.

• Collaborate with other P&WC business units that oversee customer accounts and events in the region.

• Aid in Entry-into-Service (EIS) initiatives.

• Offer insights on new contract proposals for clients in the assigned region.

• Help formulate strategies aimed at enhancing service levels.

• Gather engine operational data and provide initial feedback to P&WC Program teams regarding operational issues, customer expectations, and requirements.

• Deliver on-site support and solutions for all technical, commercial, and operational challenges faced.

• Engage with and foster relationships with key clients in the designated region through regular interaction.

• Provide backup support for clients in neighboring regions when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Advanced Degree in a relevant field with at least 7 years of aerospace experience in MRO management and/or technical roles.

• A Bachelor's Degree paired with a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience.

• Alternatively, 14 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

• Valid US Driver’s License and Passport required.

• Over 10 years of direct experience in customer-facing roles.

• Previous background in aviation maintenance, engineering, or other applicable technical positions within the aerospace sector.

• Proven leadership in managing customer accounts.

• Strong technical knowledge of P&WC’s engine offerings.

• Familiarity with computer systems such as CRM, SAP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.
