This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Assist with performance, integration, and offer expert insights on proposed designs within TNS POPs and Datacenters.
• Provide subject matter expert (SME) support in one or several areas.
• Handle multiple tasks and challenges in a dynamic environment with constantly shifting priorities.
• Travel to remote locations for occasional or urgent maintenance, customer assistance, equipment installation, de-installation, software upgrades, and troubleshooting/repair.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships and rapport with customers, regional partners, and internal TNS stakeholders.
• Expert to Distinguished level of support as defined by a TNS Field Services Technician V.
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of commonly utilized network troubleshooting, installation, and testing concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Shows experience in addressing exceptionally complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions.
• A technical degree in electronics or computer technology is required.
