This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Provide on-site service and maintenance for our parking and access control hardware and software installations in the Cleveland area.
• Offer support for a variety of products.
• Possess knowledge of electronics, mechanical devices, and PC computer skills.
• Work with different operating systems and have an understanding of networking.
• Deliver software and hardware support for clients as well as other field service technicians.
• Aid in the installation of our advanced Parking and Revenue Control system and Access Control equipment alongside other trained installation technicians. (Installation responsibilities include securing equipment, installation, wiring termination, establishing communication with the software host, and configuring and testing new equipment under the guidance of a Project Manager).
• Completion of electronics technical school training or equivalent experience.
• Capability to work with proprietary software, as well as hardware communications, programming, and repair.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Experience with SQL Server database maintenance and Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with customers, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Knowledge of MS Windows software and operating systems, Networking and/or Communication systems, MS Network, and MS A+ Certifications is a plus.
