Field Service Engineer 2 – X-ray, Vascular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Conduct timely and precise preventative maintenance on medical equipment within a hospital or healthcare system to guarantee optimal healthcare service delivery to patients.

• Execute troubleshooting, service repairs, and installations of moderate complexity.

• Facilitate communication with customers and act as the escalation point for customer-related issues, including installations.

• Manage customer concerns from the point of dispatch or issue identification through to resolution.

• Actively collaborate with team members to ensure the most suitable solutions for customers.

• Oversee installations, validations, maintenance, and service repair requirements for designated equipment.

• Utilize customer insights and relationships to aid customers and enhance service sales for contract and on-demand revenue growth.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely communication, resolution, and thorough follow-up to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and hospital protocols to meet regulatory and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent military education alongside 4 years of experience in servicing electronic equipment.

• High school diploma/GED with 6 years of pertinent experience.

• Technical proficiency in (X-Ray; Vascular), including troubleshooting, repair, and installation.

• Must possess and retain a valid Driver's License.

• Familiarity with web applications as well as the Microsoft suite of products.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory.
