Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding customer support by identifying and resolving technical problems.

• Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Execute electronic and mechanical repairs while documenting service reports.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Ensure the proper upkeep of all tools and calibrated equipment at all times.

• Address daily service requirements at designated sites and locations.

• Independently plan and conduct repairs and preventative maintenance in the field.

• Organize work based on the needs observed in the field.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair.

• Excellent time management skills and capable of completing assigned small field projects.

• Technically adept; innovative, quick to learn, and adapt to new technologies.

• Professional demeanor with a strong customer focus.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills to document detailed reports and effectively engage with both internal and external customers.

• Adaptable and open to a dynamic schedule and working environment.

• Must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug test, pre-employment physical, and credit check.

• Ability to safely and effectively perform the essential physical functions of the job (refer to application screening questions for further details).

• Capability to meet essential qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards for the job.

• Must acquire and maintain an Airport ID Badge in accordance with the Airport Security Plan and TSA regulations, obtaining the necessary public trust security clearance (eApp) and authorization to access and handle Sensitive Security Information (SSI).

• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time by plane domestically and internationally, along with the necessary Real ID and Passport for international travel.
