This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Deliver both on-site and remote technical assistance for Stago instruments and systems.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with customers through active listening and professionalism.
• Manage service requests by prioritizing tasks and effectively handling the workload.
• Install instruments at customer locations and conduct preventive maintenance.
• Provide on-site training to end users and laboratory staff.
• Work with internal teams to enhance service strategies.
• High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
• An Associate's Degree or Certificate from a Technical School is advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in troubleshooting and repairing diagnostic equipment or operating similar equipment is essential.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Strong abilities in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving are required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are necessary.
• Familiarity with Database and Internet software, including Windows 10/7, NT, XP, and DOS.
• Capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be willing to travel extensively, with up to 75% overnight travel potentially required.
