Field Specialist – Plant Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Management and further development of a network comprising approximately 6-8 external service centers in the West Germany region.

• Ensuring quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness in operational processes.

• Conducting audits and deriving sustainable improvement measures.

• Responsible for reporting, inventory, and relevant KPIs.

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with subcontractors, including negotiation support.

• Implementing and rolling out optimization projects.

• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed studies or a comparable qualification (e.g., Supply Chain, Logistics).

• Initial professional experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally combined with some fieldwork experience.

• Experience in managing complex structures or multiple locations is an advantage.

• Excellent German language skills and good English proficiency.

• High level of independence and willingness to travel regularly (3-4 days/week).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Organizational talent and the ability to maintain an overview in dynamic environments.

• Experience with KPIs, reporting, and ideally SCM/ERP systems.

• A valid driver's license is required.
