This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Installs, troubleshoots, and provides technical maintenance for hardware and software products and components, primarily at customer locations.

• Conducts scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as performs minor repairs on products within a designated territory.

• Evaluates products to ensure proper functionality and addresses identified issues, escalating them as per established protocols when necessary.

• Organizes service schedules, completes all necessary documentation, and collaborates with customers to guarantee satisfaction with service delivery and comprehension of product features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Educational qualifications or equivalent work experience are necessary.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience or a comparable blend of education and experience in Field Services is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets the fleet requirements of DN are needed.
