This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Oversee the collection of data for market and opinion research initiatives.
• Support quality assurance for both telephone and online surveys.
• Monitor vendor performance by supervising telephone interviews.
• Program online survey questionnaires utilizing Qualtrics.
• Review and test survey questionnaire programming in Qualtrics and Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) systems.
• Utilize online platforms to generate demographic reports on survey populations.
• Employ tools such as Excel and R to refine survey respondent lists and prepare them for data collection.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors and internal teams.
• Associate’s degree, Bachelor's degree, or 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and/or training.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work within tight timeframes.
• Proficient computer skills, including 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and database management tools.
• Quick and effective learner of new programs.
• Capable of managing personal time and resources to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in public policy, politics, campaigns, or non-profit advocacy.
