Field Services Vendor Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively sourcing and onboarding service partners in the designated region while ensuring they meet market value standards.

• Offboarding service partners who are inactive.

• Managing the annual renewal process for service partner contracts.

• Overseeing the SeP sourcing task within the ASSC process during the transition of new customers.

• Successfully onboarding a minimum of 3 service partners (SePs) for each customer location within a 1-hour radius during the 30-day transition period.

• Facilitating the purchase of block hours for trusted SePs along with necessary spare parts.

• Ensuring a minimum of 3 active service partners for every customer location.

• Onboarding 5 Service Partners weekly with complete contracts that align with market values.

• Responding to all inquiries from service partners regarding onboarding, contracts, and offboarding on the same day.

• Clearly explaining potential scopes of work and SLA expectations to service partners.

• Negotiating rates with new service partners to ensure they are below market value.

• Completing ASSC tasks within a 21-day timeframe.

• Maintaining a database free of inactive service partners in SPDB (Service Partner Database).

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional negotiation abilities.

• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook.

• Relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships, community management, or similar roles.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to engage with individuals from diverse countries and backgrounds.

• At least 1 year of experience in managing IT system hardware break fix.

• Availability to work during day, mid, or night shifts based on regional assignments.

• Ability to work remotely.
