This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on Cubic equipment.
• Promptly respond to equipment repair needs and adhere to maintenance protocols.
• Engage in training and continuous enhancement of skills.
• Reduce downtime during fault callouts.
• Aid in the installation of equipment.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and quality standards.
• Manage the delivery and collection of equipment modules.
• Support Management in project-related tasks.
• Act as a substitute for the Field Service Team Leader when necessary.
• Conduct vehicle stock assessments.
• Follow organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle and uphold FORs accreditation.
• Practical experience in a technical service or maintenance setting.
• Relevant engineering qualification.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid clean driving license.
• HNC or equivalent in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Familiarity with SLA-driven contracts (preferred).
• Fully maintained company van.
• Complete quality toolkit and PPE supplied.
