Field Services Specialist – WOW Cart Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of the enterprise Workstation-on-Wheels (WOW) fleet, from intake and procurement to deployment and decommissioning.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping for hardware asset management across multiple site markets.

• Collaborate with OEM cart vendors and HCL Field Services to address complex hardware failures and technical escalations.

• Manage SLA performance for designated healthcare regions.

• Conduct analyses to determine whether to repair or replace hardware.

• Assess OEM warranty claims and approve repair quotes.

• Handle parts logistics to reduce mean time to repair and enhance lifecycle ROI.

• Monitor and manage high-volume hardware incident and request queues.

• Facilitate the routing of service tickets until resolution.

• Evaluate failure patterns, recurring hardware defects, vendor KPIs, and repair expenditure statistics.

• Streamline operational reporting and enhance national field-service support workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of relevant experience, OR an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, OR 4 years of applicable job-specific experience.

• Advanced knowledge in data-driven asset management, including the tracking of warranty lifecycle metrics, forecasting parts inventory, and conducting cost-benefit analyses for enterprise hardware fleets.

• Demonstrable experience working within stringent healthcare data privacy and regulatory compliance frameworks.

• Practical experience in coordinating cross-functional logistics with procurement, finance, and enterprise supply chain teams.

• Full-Time, Days schedule required.
