This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the field operations team to guarantee exceptional customer support
• Organize technician schedules and oversee inventory management
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality and efficient services to customers
• Manage, train, and mentor a team of field service technicians
• Coordinate both technical and administrative support operations
• Develop and oversee personnel schedules to ensure prompt responses
• Maintain transparent communication with design management and specialists
• Serve as the primary escalation contact for complex customer inquiries
• Supervise parts inventory and equipment management
• Relevant work experience or familiarity with the role
• Capability to lead, coach, and nurture team members
• Holds oneself and others accountable for achieving goals and standards
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple competing tasks and demands
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, along with presentation abilities
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills to achieve desired results
• High personal and professional ethical standards and integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization, including suppliers and/or external customers
