This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the complete coordination of the patient journey.
• Occasional travel required for on-site clinic visits.
• Serve as the primary contact for physicians to enroll patients in a NavieGo-managed program.
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with assigned clinics and physicians, including conducting site visits.
• Act as the main resource for NavieGo to request any missing or additional information from relevant physician offices, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
• Coordinate and manage all necessary aspects to secure prescription drug coverage for patients.
• Collaborate with insurance companies, physician offices, and healthcare professionals to assist patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Organize documents, submissions, and all related paperwork for insurance companies and public funding programs.
• Schedule clinic appointments and drug deliveries within specified timelines.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with patients and key healthcare providers.
• Implement best practices to enhance patient access to drug coverage.
• Coordinate pharmacy processes once funding has been secured.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of public and private funding systems.
• Available to work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 8 AM to 8 PM EST.
• Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset.
• A Registered Nurse designation and current provincial licensing are required.
• Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industries is advantageous.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer/client service and healthcare reimbursement is necessary.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications (including Google apps, Word, and Excel).
• Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone demeanor.
• Proven ability to organize time, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks to meet competing deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently resolve issues.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday, supporting various regions across Canada.
