This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge as a Contract Performance Manager, serving as the sole point of contact accountable for the technical and operational success of the customer's power generation assets and the financial outcomes of the contract.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of outages, parts, and repairs—from planning and scheduling to proactive risk management.
• Act as the primary steward of the Contractual Service Agreement (CSA) with an emphasis on achieving zero harm, delivering high-quality, timely maintenance that maximizes reliability, availability, and performance.
• Function as the trusted technical advisor to the customer's site teams, converting complex operational challenges into straightforward, actionable solutions.
• Spot waste and inefficiencies while advocating for continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Assume responsibility for the contract's financial performance, including invoicing, cash collection, and fostering long-term profitable growth.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the power generation sector.
• Alternatively, an associate’s degree from an accredited institution along with 7 years of experience in the power generation industry.
• Or, a high school diploma/GED with at least 9 years of experience in the power generation field.
• A strong passion for customer service.
• Proven project management abilities.
• A curiosity about how systems operate and a desire to improve processes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Demonstrated capacity to lead and collaborate across functions to achieve results.
• Experience engaging with customers and power plant leadership teams.
• A Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
