Field Services Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and resolve technical challenges.

• Interact with clients to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Act as the primary contact for customers regarding technical and service-related inquiries.

• Generate reports that analyze product failures and related issues.

• Provide insights for product improvements.

• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.

• Identify the most cost-effective solutions to minimize customer downtime.

• Commission, maintain, and repair power conversion and generation equipment at client locations.

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical testing, communication systems work, and control integration.

• Create technical reports and procedures while offering operator training.

• Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a technical team.

• Relevant experience or knowledge in the role.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

• Proven capability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks.

• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.

• Self-driven accountability for meeting goals and standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Eligibility to obtain authorization under ITAR and/or EAR; Non-U.S. Persons may be ineligible.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer locations across the U.S.
