This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify and resolve technical challenges.
β’ Interact with clients to guarantee customer satisfaction.
β’ Act as the primary contact for customers regarding technical and service-related inquiries.
β’ Generate reports that analyze product failures and related issues.
β’ Provide insights for product improvements.
β’ Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards.
β’ Identify the most cost-effective solutions to minimize customer downtime.
β’ Commission, maintain, and repair power conversion and generation equipment at client locations.
β’ Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, electrical testing, communication systems work, and control integration.
β’ Create technical reports and procedures while offering operator training.
β’ Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a technical team.
β’ Relevant experience or knowledge in the role.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
β’ Proven capability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks.
β’ Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
β’ Self-driven accountability for meeting goals and standards.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
β’ Eligibility to obtain authorization under ITAR and/or EAR; Non-U.S. Persons may be ineligible.
β’ Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer locations across the U.S.
