This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Provide independent support to Sakura customers across various technical domains, including installation, training, support, repair, service, and warranty.
• Deliver effective technical assistance to both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee, coordinate, monitor, repair, and install Sakura (demonstration) equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Sakura equipment by participating in regular technical training at the Sakura Academy.
• Manage complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Meet personal and team objectives established at the start of the fiscal year.
• Ensure timely and comprehensive reporting through CRM.
• Conduct quality assurance activities.
• Engage in various project teams.
• Completion of secondary Vocational Education or Higher Education with a technical (mechanical) focus.
• Relevant experience as a field service engineer, ideally within the Medical Diagnostics instrumentation sector.
• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office software.
• Possession of a local driver's license.
• Reside in or around Stockholm.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to stay overnight when necessary.
• Strong command of both Swedish and English, in spoken and written form.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Customer-focused, able to connect easily and make an impact at all levels.
• Self-organized, structured, and independent.
